We just fly A.P 2 weeks ago Bris to Denpasar and received a complimenatry upgrade without asking!!! Werent we surprised with our luck! On the return we enquired but were politely shown the sign at the checkin eesk that explained the upgrade prices. Hmmm give you a taste of the upgrade life on the way over in hope you will pay for the privledge on the way home. Toni
