Hi - Hope you enjoy the Mandira the location is just about right in my books.

The nearest supermarket is Loji. If you go out of the Mandira and head away from the beach take the first left, Padma Utara, and only 150 on the left is the supermarket. Also in this street is a cheapie rest called Legian Snacks.

Up Jl Padma (name changed now?) Wayan and Friends is good and further up the Puri Dayu is good also.

Garlic Lane (yes it's name has changed to) the first street on the right up Jl Padma plenty of rest's in there - Indo National, Billy's and please don't miss out on going to Legends - it's a blast.

So if you keep heading down Garlic Lane you will eventually hit Jl Melasti - turn left and only 50 metres you will hit Bali Too - this is a nice restaurant also a bit further up on the left is Bali Rock and further up on the right is Gosha's both good.

If you like mexican go to TJ's in Poppies Lane - but others will reccommend Poco Loco up Padma Utara but I think it is a bit noisy.

Also the Pizza's at the Mandira are ok as well - for a snack.

Hopes this is of some help food wise.

If there is anything else, of a commerical nature in relation to the Mandira, please feel free to email me as I have stayed there 14 times.
