Last September we used Ayung River Rafting Co.
They also run 3 different mountain bike rides.
We had about 40 in our group so were able to negotiate a really good rate.
Trip included hotel pick up/drop off.
Breakfast up by Lake Batur, and a great lunch in Ubud.
I reckon ours was 95% downhill - suited me.
We also had water supplied and safety helmets.
About 5 or 6 guides escorted out group.
Only 1 major incident occurred -
My daughter and I managed to stack our bikes.
Somehow - no major injuries - apart from my bike,
which had to be replaced.
