Everyone has their own views on what makes a good hotel, so it is always risky to give a view but here are some comments on the Harris - it is close to the beach in Kuta and has some security on the way in. The reception, pool ( no shade ) and restaurant areas are new and look pretty modern. The 'new' rooms and the 'traditional' rooms (unrenovated) are relatively small and uninspiring - we though about staying for a couple of nights when we were there last week and changed our minds.
I would look for alternatives
If you are looking for a large beachfront hotel - How about the Kumala Pantai, Ramada Bintang etc
