we stayed there 2003 and it wasa not not too bad - fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order and the usual Bali bacon, sausages etc. If you get sick of the same old thing there is a good breakfast at the Legian Garden Restaurant Jalan Melasti for about 12,000 Rup. Up the road at Tommy's Cafe in Rum Jungle Road they have toast and vegimite (for the kids of coursse!!!) or toasted sandwiches and beautiful fresh juice and they make a good capp as well with fresh milk not cardboard milk. We stay at the Jayakarta and think the breakfast is a better than the MBR with more variety but still sometimes go out just for a change.
