Just wondering what peoples thoughts views are on the future of both these places with recent events.
As i imagine a lot of those people who would of took holidays in Thailand would be heading to Bali now....can the increase be seen yet?
As bad as it may sound and I dont mean to sound unsentive,no doubt recent events will be a postive thing for the Balinesse as the Bali bomb was for Thailand (as pointed out to me by a balinesse friend)
But how far do you think this effect will go? and for how long?
Do you think this will push Bali property prices up...as Thailand is far more expensive(well was) than bali and there is a lot of forgein owned investment there..but now those investors bussines men may turn there heads to Bali?...Maybee changing the face of Bali again.
Or will the fear of terrorism or complicated indonesian laws...slow this effect down?
