I wrote in my JBR last year about the massage at Merciful Mothers in Touch in Sanur. I had damaged a disk in my back and was still feeling quite a bit of pain when we arrived. I had 2 massages from Rini and felt the best for ages. She is trained and certified and has a great ability for therapeutic massage using refloxology, reiki and traditional methods but there is also something special about her touch. She will find out what is wrong with you and fix it!

The other masseurs that work there are also very good and other friends have praised them, but everyone agrees that Rini is a very special healer. You may also find having a massage on a proper table in a studio (simple but airconditioned) more enjoyable than being on the beach.

You will find the studio on Jalan Pantai Sindhu about half way along on the right as you walk away from the beach. This street runs from the beach next to Sindhu markets up to the main road close to Mangoes restauraunt. It may be hard to find the first time but look for the Bintang sign at the shop next door and a white building set back from the road. You can also book by phoning 283512.
