We have just flown with A.P we had only about 30 people on our flight on the way over on 2nd Jan and ended up with a complimentary upgrade without even asking. Staff etc where all friendly and fine and no dramas with checkin etc. The food and snacks etc were good and overall would definately say we would fly with them again. Beleive they are serviced by Singapore airlines.On the way home prior to landing they passed the hat around so to speak for the Aceh appeal.
