Couldn't agree more - fabulous hotel - had 11 holidays there and am booking again for the whole of August this year.
Have a look at www.balihai-resort.com There is a site map which gives the layout of the hotel. we like the "deluxe suites" in the buildings numbered 16,17 & 18 on the map. Alternatively there are deluxe room at the end of blocks 12 & 13 ovelooking the pool. The site gives good maps oft the room layouts. Block 2 is where the family rooms are situated.
