I would never buy high tech stuff in Indonesia. It is just not possible, given the tarrifs and taxes to which 'luxury' imports are subject in Indonesia, for them to legitimately sell such goods more cheaply than discount retailers in Australia/UK/NZ/USA/Canada.
Many of the 'cheap' goodies available in Indonesia are out of date; outright fakes; 'grey' goods - and rarely do they come with a valid international warranty - no matter what the seller tells you!
Clothing, handcrafts, artistic products (paintings, woven fabrics, carvings) are all excellent value on Bali.
High end, high tech stuff they have to import from elsewhere - never good value there!!
