If you like snorkelling you can get a trip out in a traditional prahu from Candi Dasa or Padang Bai (make sure they have a ladder ... it's so much easier) and they will take you around to a few places to snorkel. In east bali again, visit the royal water palace at Tirtgaganagga, well worth a visit.
There is a lovely spring temple at Sebatu (a little north of Ubud), off the general tourist track worth visiting.
