I have read with interest for a long time the raspberry cordial debate. I have no intention of starting another (sometimes fiery) confrontation, but as I am going to Bali in Feb and am usually prone to at least one bout of the dreaded Bali Belly, I have a few questions to those of you who have used this method of prevention.
Firstly, how much do you take, when and is it straight or diluted. Secondly, is diet cordial as effective, as I am a diabetic. Lastly, how do you pack your cordial to prevent very messy accidents. I thank anyone with info in advance, as I will be most appreciative of any help.
