From my limited experience, if you want to actually see the water, Ku De Ta is a great choice. If you just want the ocean feel, you can dine at La Lucciola where you can hear the noise of the ocean close by as it is set back just a little way from the beach. Both are fantastic restaurants and entirely suitable for an intimate birthday dinner.
