I know a nice villa on the beach, very reasonably priced, near to Banjar, "Air Panis"..great location. There is no pool, however you can snorkel, float, fish right in front...there are NO beach vendors, (hawkers) just a few freindly curious people . A small elementary is very near to the property, very simple for those of you that like to bring gifts for the children..if you'd like info, email me directly baik 50 at hotmail. You could sleep 6 pp very comfortably...Large, with kitchen, lg. showers and tubs....HUGE ROOMS
