35 mil. film prices? bringing laptop?

it it better to get film here (usa) or there?? .. and if there...where? is processing/developing reliable there??

I could not swing the money for the digital change before my trip.. My first trip to Bali BTW.. 5 weeks?

Will I have problems bringny my laptop with me? with costoms.. is there a voltage difference from US?

and one more.... does anyone know what the 'region' is for the DVDs you can get in Bali.. in the US it is Region 1 and you can only change you region a few times before you player can't be changed.. well at least in my laptop's dvd..

and one for fun..... is it OK to just camp on the beach in a big tent for 5 weeks??? HA HA.. what would/might happen happen??? )
