i havn,t stayed at the pelangi but i,m considering staying there next trip,last year i stayed next door at the bali holiday resort.seminyak is a good location for restaurants/bars you will have no problems with finding all within walking distance from your hotel,my favourite is the gateway of india which is located next to bush telegraph pub there alot of others there all very reasonable price wise.i prefer seminyak to kuta however if you decide to go to kuta its only rp10;000 in a blue taxi,have fun and let us know what the pelangi is like.
