There are lots of good places to eat in Sanur. From the Hyatt just walk south down the beach path to Jl. KesumaSari. Along this section of beach are some great/inexpensive places. Try Cafe KesumaSari and Mama Putu's. Very nice in the evening. If you walk up Jl. KesumaSari to the round-about there is a fantastic Indian place on Jl. Poso.
Retro Cafe on Jl. Danau Tamblingan (walk about 10 min. north of the Hyatt) has good food. Very good western breakfast as well.
I think the Trophy Pub has a few Brit Ex-pats hanging around in the evening, but it's been awhile since i've been there so they might have moved on.
Have fun, Sanur is a fine town.
