there for sure, pre disaster there would already have been orphanages. Its not possible for Australians to adopt Acehnese so I dont know how they would feel about Australians running the centres either. Im uneducated on this matter but I don't think 2 days in Aceh will accomplish too much as Im sure this person would need government assistance from both sides maybe??
I wish this friend all the luck in the world and hope something comes of their money and time spent going over especially with all the new stories coming out of parent-less children with no where to go being snatched for sex slavery already. Bloody terrible.
