Some places to go are the New Paddys bar, MBarGo
and heaps of new and trendy pubs in Seminyak
When you are in bali have a look out for the Beat Magazine or have a look on their website http://www.beatmag.com/119/
and click on the left hand side "bar club" and it will list the bars and clubs...
most places dont really get started until about 11pm so have dinner around 7.30-8ish and then maybe just have a few drinks at your hotel and then head out?
