Funny you should mention this as thought has passed my mind after watching Tv last night. I know a friend of a friend who unable to have kids her sister in law is balinese and allow this girl to adopt her last baby but apparently due to aust red tape they have been there for a year waiting to bring the child back.But whether they will have any special agreement who knows i imagine that will be further down the track .Also each state tends to be tied in with a different country. Ie sa with Korea may be worth ringing w.vision to check PS thanks for the Dynasty info.
