Kecil Kamar would directly translate to "room little" which is in fact incorrect Indonesian grammar. The adjective always comes after the noun in Bahasa Indonesia.
Kamar - room (noun)
Kecil - little or small (adjective)

To say toilet in Bahasa you say, Kamar Kecil or Kakus (which is not a polite word, sort of like "dunny can") or W.C. pronounced "Way Say" meaning water closet - from Dutch. Or simply say you want to go to "belakang" which means go to the back.

Just be careful you don't leave it too late and end up "kencing berdiri" - wetting ones self.
