Morning, we have been to Bali twice already with out 20 month old grandaughter. The airline allows you to take anything you need for a baby, free of charge. We always take her cot and pram and a huge bag of stuff. The first time we took an old pram and left it with one of the staff at the hotel as she was pregnant at the time (my daughter also bought her a mattress for her and her husband as they were sleeping on a mattress with their 2 year old as well) The pram is a little hard to use on the footpaths but you will be pleased you had made the effort to take it. The locals are very helpful when you are trying to manouvre (spelling???) their footpaths.
Enjoy your holiday
