We've stayed here a couple of times and like it very much. If you email me with specific questions I'll be glad to help in any way I can. The rooms are big enough for an extra bed for a ten y.o. and my daughter reports the folding bed to be not of the flimsy variety. They had a 7yo on the folding bed and a 2yo in the king size bed with them.
